Gamil Abdellatif

Gamil is a Legal Consultant at Daburon & Partners. He advises corporate and commercial clients in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia on a broad range of legal matters, with particular focus on corporate, commercial, Employment, and contract law. His practice includes advising clients on commercial dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration, including proceedings before the DIFC and ADGM Courts. Gamil further assists clients in strategic legal support across all stages of their business operations in the region.

Gamil holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Al-Azhar University in Egypt, the oldest university in the world, where he graduated first in his class with first-class honours. He also obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Mansoura University with distinction. In addition, he completed specialized studies in international law at The Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands in 2022.

Prior to joining Daburon & Partners, Gamil received his legal training in the UAE at one of the region’s leading law firms. He also worked in Egypt as an Assistant Lecturer, contributing to teaching and academic activities.

Gamil is a qualified lawyer in Egypt and is currently pursuing qualification in England and Wales.
