Ghada is a Legal Consultant at Daburon & Partners Legal Consultants LLP. Before joining the firm, she worked as a Paralegal at an established UAE law firm, where she developed practical experience in UAE court procedure and mainland litigation.
Her practice focuses on civil and commercial disputes, judgment enforcement, inheritance and estate matters before the UAE mainland courts. She handles inheritance matters from obtaining heirship declarations and determining the lawful heirs and their respective entitlements to the distribution of estates. Her work includes drafting legal memoranda and petitions, managing court filings and case progression.
Ghada holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Al Ain University of Science and Technology in Abu Dhabi.
