Nasser Al Shamsi
Advocate
Nasser Al Shamsi is a UAE-qualified lawyer and advocate with more than thirty years of experience in litigation and court advocacy. He has rights of audience before the local and federal courts across the United Arab Emirates at all levels, from the Courts of First Instance to the Courts of Cassation.
Nasser represents clients in a broad range of civil, commercial, and criminal matters. His experience includes complex contractual and commercial disputes, high-value claims, debt recovery proceedings, and criminal matters. He assists clients in developing litigation strategies and navigating proceedings before judiciary in the UAE.
Nasser has a degree in Sharia and Law from UAEU in 1992. Before entering private practice, he held several investigative and law-enforcement roles. He received specialised training in major-crime investigations, fraud and financial crime and forensic procedures. He was trained by leading institutions, including the UAE Ministry of Interior, the Police Academy, and the United States Department of State.
Drawing on his combined advocacy and investigative experience, Nasser brings a practical and strategically informed approach to complex disputes, investigations, and criminal proceedings.
