Piérre Heine

Piérre is a Senior Legal Consultant at Daburon & Partners. He advises both corporate and private clients in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia on a wide range of legal matters, with particular expertise in corporate, commercial, and contract law. His work further includes real estate and transactional advisory, providing comprehensive legal support throughout all stages of his clients’ business activities.

Piérre holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Business Law from the University of Dresden (Germany) with a focus on international law, as well as a Master of Laws (M.Iur.) from the University of Münster (Germany), where he specialized in corporate and company law. He completed his legal traineeship at the Regional Court of Essen (Germany), gaining practical experience at the court, the public prosecutor’s office, the tax authority, a boutique law firm specializing in white-collar crime, and a Big Four accounting firm focusing on transfer pricing.

Prior to joining Daburon & Partners, Piérre worked at a boutique law firm in Germany specializing in tax, contract, and corporate law. He also held the position of Senior Associate at a next-ten-accounting firm, where he deepened his expertise in transfer pricing and international business structuring.
